Section 148
Individuals should not make public assets their own

(1) No one shall privatize any public property, with or without registration, or obstruct the public enjoyment of such property in any way, or in any other way seize, usurp or encroach or cause loss, damage or damage to such property in any way. Explanation: For the purpose of this section For "public property" means the following properties:-

(2) A person who commits or commits an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to five years or with a fine of up to fifty thousand rupees.
(3) If the public property as per sub-section (1) has been registered or transferred in someone's name, it will also automatically be cancelled.
